Arizona State athletics celebrated the final placement of steel beam for its new $115-million multi-purpose arena with a topping out ceremony Tuesday.
The 5,000-seat arena, located just east of Sun Devil Stadium, is scheduled to open in fall 2022. It is going to be home to ASU hockey, wrestling and women’s gymnastics and be a public venue for concerts, conferences, youth competitions and other events.

ASU and Catellus Development Corporation.
