The Piedmont, a Premiere New Mixed-Use Community, Opened to First Residents Late Summer

Valley-based multifamily investment firm Mark-Taylor announced that they are leasing The Piedmont at the highly-anticipated Novus Innovation Corridor, which will encompass more than 10 million square feet of mixed-use space.

Developed by Aspen Heights Partners, The Piedmont is located at 707 E. Sixth Street in Tempe and is situated at the front of Novus’ main street retail district, Novus Place. The community comprises 318 luxury apartment homes. Top amenities at The Piedmont include:

  • Ground-floor retail with a resident-only clubhouse and a resort-inspired pool featuring daybeds.
  • Lobby lounge with a hospitality bar and a flex work area.

ASU and Catellus Development Corporation.
